Day One: Travel to Louisville, Kentucky.
Day Two: This morning after an included breakfast we travel to Nashville. While in Nashville we will enjoy Treasures for the Holidays, an alluring craft show featuring a variety of hand made and novelty gifts. This evening we will enjoy the world famous Grand Ole Opry. Our home for the next two nights will be The Opryland Hotel.
Day Three: It’s a day of music and laughter that will put a smile on your face and a song in your heart. We begin our day with the General Jackson cruise down the Cumberland River. The General Jackson is a casual, country-themed cruise that includes a delicious lunch buffet and a show. This afternoon experience a winter wonderland when we visit the Fantasy in Ice presentation. It features 1.5 million pounds of ice sculpted into favorite holiday figures. Many of the carvings are more than 25 feet in length. For dinner we will join Louise Mandrell for her “Joy to the World” Christmas Dinner Show. Then tonight it’s off to the Radio City Christmas Spectacular starring the world famous Rockettes.
Day Four: The Country Music Hall of Fall is the first stop today, before making our way to the Louisville area. This evening is guaranteed to be the highlight of your Christmas season. We will visit the Derby Dinner playhouse for the Christmas show “Forever Plaid Tidings”. Sparky, Jinx, Smudge and Frankie will entertain us with there riotous version of the “The Ed Sullivan Show” featuring the Rockettes, the Chipmunks, and even The Vienna Boys Choir. An uplifting holiday treat that is “heaven-sent”.
