Day One:         Lumiere Place Casino Hotel, St. Louis MO

Our Adventure begins as we journey through Wisconsin and Illinois into St. Louis, MO.

 

Day Two:         Hampton Inn, Oklahoma City OK

After breakfast, we travel through the hills of Missouri into Oklahoma. This evening visit the Oklahoma City National Memorial, created to honor those who were killed, those who survived, and those changed forever by the April 19, 1995, bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Building.

 

Day Three:      Hampton Inn, Albuquerque NM

The landscape has changed...the rolling range of cattle country fills our windows as we chase tumbleweed down the road. New Mexico lies beyond the Texas panhandle. Optional casino visit this evening.

 

Day Four:        Comfort Inn, Williams AZ

Cross the border into Arizona where its Petrified Forest and Painted Dessert await. We travel the land where dinosaurs once roamed...where ancient trees are now colorful gemstones...and where desert sands swirl with purple, gray, and red.

 

Day Five:         Golden Nugget Hotel Casino, Las Vegas NV, 4 nights

Millions of years in the making, the Grand Canyon will awe and entertain us throughout our visit. After breathtaking views, we will travel to Las Vegas, NV.

 

Day Six thru Day Eight:        Las Vegas, NV

Enjoy free days to explore Las Vegas on your own. From the Shark Reef at Mandalay Bay to an erupting volcano and the Secret Garden of Siegfried & Roy at the Mirage to the world famous fountains, Botanical Gardens, and Gallery of Fine Art at the Bellagio everywhere you turn, you’ll find something extraordinary. New York. London. Paris. They've got nothing on Las Vegas, home to some of the most spectacular shopping in the world. From zip lines to car racing to the Tropicana's Nikki Beach, experience all of Vegas' attractions. Sometimes a little too much "night on the town" requires some spa therapy. Vegas, of course, is up to the task with world-class spas dotting the Strip. Feeling lucky? Casinos. Betting parlors. Sports lounges. They are rather famous in this part of the world. Perhaps you've heard of the casinos in Las Vegas, open 24 hours a day it makes anytime the right time to pull up to a blackjack table, roulette wheel, craps table, or slot machine. During our stay in Vegas we will also visit the Hoover Dam.

 

Day Nine:        Hampton Inn, Richfield UT

Today we leave the glitz and glamour of Las Vegas and will travel through nature’s landscape showcase. As we travel through Utah we will visit Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. Spectacular views of multi-colored canyons, sheer cliffs, deserts, streams, waterfalls and wildflowers await.

 

Day Ten:          Drury Inn, Denver CO

We will travel through the Rocky Mountains, the great backbone of North America, extending from New Mexico to Canada. Our destination is the Mile High City, Denver, CO. The city’s skyscrapers mark the final transition between the Great Plains and the American West.

 

Day Eleven:     Ameristar Casino, Council Bluffs IA

Travel to Council Bluffs, IA. Optional gambling at Harrah's this evening.

 

Day Twelve:

Return home.
